About CHA.T.EAU

CHA.T.EAU Co. is a trusted design-build and execution partner delivering compliant infrastructure in post-conflict and high-risk environments.

Established in 2006, we specialise in the rehabilitation of social and public buildings, water and wastewater infrastructure, solar energy systems, and mechanical and electromechanical works, with a strong operational presence in Lebanon, Syria, and Nigeria.

We deliver multidisciplinary rehabilitation and infrastructure projects for education, health, WASH, energy, and municipal services, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and contract obligations. Our team has managed complex projects under strict donor frameworks, often in live and sensitive environments such as functioning schools, health centres, and dense urban neighbourhoods.

We work with UN agencies, international organisations, government institutions, and private sector partners, and are increasingly positioning ourselves as a trusted local contractor and design-build partner for regional and Gulf-based engineering and construction firms entering the Syrian market.

CHA.T.EAU is a member of the United Nations Global Compact, committing to responsible business practices aligned with universal principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
